1. Provider
This website (vornikow.art) and the Graphic Portrait Course (the "Course") are operated by Stanislav Mavrov, Lesumer Heerstraße 6, 28717 Bremen, Germany. Contact: team@vornikow.art. Full provider details are available in our Impressum.

2. Scope
These Terms & Conditions govern the purchase and use of the digital Course offered on this website. By completing a purchase, you accept these Terms.

3. The Course
The Course is a digital online product consisting of pre-recorded video lessons and related learning materials. Depending on the plan you select, the Course may also include homework review and Q&A support as described at checkout.

4. Purchase and Payment
Prices are shown at checkout in US dollars. Payments are processed by our payment providers, Stripe and PayPal. The contract becomes binding once your payment is confirmed and access to the Course is granted.

5. Access
Access to the Course is personal and non-transferable. After successful payment, you receive access credentials or a private access link. You are responsible for keeping your access details confidential and must not share them with third parties.

6. Digital Products and Right of Withdrawal
All products offered through this website are digital products, including online courses, downloadable materials, video lessons and other digital content. After successful payment, the customer receives access to the purchased digital content electronically.
By purchasing a digital product, the customer expressly requests immediate access to the purchased content. For customers located in Germany and the European Union, the customer expressly agrees that performance of the contract begins immediately after payment and before the expiry of the statutory withdrawal period. The customer acknowledges that once access to the digital content has been granted, the statutory right of withdrawal is lost in accordance with Section 356(5) of the German Civil Code (BGB) and applicable European consumer protection rules.
For customers outside Germany and the European Union, all digital product sales are final once access has been granted, except where mandatory local consumer protection laws provide otherwise. Refunds are therefore not available after access has been provided.
Nothing in these Terms excludes any mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

7. Intellectual Property
All Course content — including videos, texts, images, and methodology — is protected by copyright and remains the exclusive property of the provider. You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to view the content for your own learning only.
You may not, in whole or in part, copy, download for redistribution, record, screen-capture, share, resell, publish, upload to third-party platforms, or otherwise make the content available to others. Sharing access credentials or access links with third parties is strictly prohibited. Any unauthorized use or distribution terminates your access immediately without refund and may result in legal action.

8. No Guarantee of Results
The Course provides educational material. We do not guarantee any specific artistic, professional, or financial results, as outcomes depend on individual effort and practice.

9. Limitation of Liability
The Course is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the Course. This does not limit liability for intent, gross negligence, or injury to life, body, or health.

10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.

11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence remain unaffected.
