REFUND POLICY

1. Digital Products

All products sold on this website are digital products, including online courses, video lessons, downloadable materials and other digital content.

Access to purchased digital products is provided electronically and may be granted immediately after successful payment.

Because digital products are delivered electronically and cannot be returned after access has been granted, all sales are final once access to the purchased digital content has been provided.

2. No Refunds After Access Is Granted

Once access to the purchased course or digital content has been provided, refunds, exchanges and cancellations are not available.

Please review the course description, package details, pricing and included materials carefully before completing your purchase.

3. Customers from Germany and the European Union

If you are purchasing from Germany or another member state of the European Union, you may have a statutory right of withdrawal for online purchases.

However, for digital content that is not supplied on a physical medium, this right of withdrawal may expire before the end of the 14-day withdrawal period.

By completing your purchase and confirming the required checkbox during checkout, you expressly request immediate access to the purchased digital content before the withdrawal period expires.

You also expressly agree that performance of the contract begins immediately after payment and acknowledge that, once access to the digital content has been granted, you lose your statutory right of withdrawal in accordance with Section 356(5) of the German Civil Code (BGB) and applicable European consumer protection rules.

4. Customers Outside the European Union

For customers outside Germany and the European Union, all sales of digital products are final once access to the purchased course or digital content has been granted.

Digital products cannot be returned after delivery or access.

Refunds are not available after access has been provided, except where mandatory consumer protection laws applicable in the customer’s country of residence require otherwise.

5. Technical Issues

If you experience technical problems accessing the course, please contact us.

We will make reasonable efforts to help restore access or resolve the technical issue.

Technical access issues do not automatically qualify for a refund if access to the course has already been granted.

6. Duplicate Payments

If you were accidentally charged more than once for the same order, please contact us with proof of payment.

Verified duplicate payments may be refunded.

7. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If a payment dispute or chargeback is opened after access to the digital product has been granted, we may provide the payment provider with evidence of purchase, access, checkout consent, course access logs and acceptance of our Refund Policy and Terms & Conditions.
