This Privacy Policy explains how we process your personal data when you visit vornikow.art and purchase the Course. The controller is Stanislav Mavrov, Lesumer Heerstraße 6, 28717 Bremen, Germany (see Impressum). A German-language version (Datenschutzerklärung) is also available on this site and applies equally.
1. Data We Collect- Contact and order data: name, email address, Instagram handle, and any other information you provide at checkout.
- Payment data: processed directly by Stripe and PayPal. We do not receive or store your full card details.
- Usage data: collected via cookies and analytics tools, and only where you have given consent (see Section 4).
2. Purposes and Legal BasisWe process your data to provide the Course and fulfill our contract with you (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), to comply with legal obligations such as tax and accounting requirements (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR), and, where you have given consent, for analytics and advertising (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
3. Service ProvidersWe work with the following processors, who may receive relevant data to perform their services:
- Tilda — website hosting and order forms
- YouTube (Google) — hosting of course and trailer videos
- Stripe and PayPal — payment processing
- Google (Google Analytics / Google Tag Manager) — website usage analysis
- Meta Platforms (Meta Pixel) — advertising measurement
Some of these providers may process data outside the European Union. In such cases, appropriate safeguards (for example, EU Standard Contractual Clauses) are applied.
4. Cookies and TrackingWe use strictly necessary cookies for the website to function, and analytics and advertising cookies only with your consent. You can give or withdraw consent at any time via the cookie banner. For details, see our Cookie Policy.
5. Data RetentionWe retain order and invoice data for as long as required by German tax and commercial law. Other personal data is deleted when it is no longer needed for the purposes described above.
6. Your RightsUnder the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, and port your data, and to object to processing. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.
